The food is tasty and we'll seasoned. Lots of good veggies. Several issues with broken container and had to throw food away; secondly instructions on food handling and which food to eat for which meal was not included in first delivery. Hence I put in refrigerator and called...found out suppose to be kept frozen...therefore wasted 4 days of food for safety sake. I was offered a rebate, but did not see one on card.

i like the different choice of foods and how fulfilling they are. i wished they would make a cookbook on how to make these meals.

Meals are prepared fresh and delivered quickly each week. There is a good variety of meals for each delivery, and I don't have to worry about getting tired of a specific dish. BistroMD comes at a high price point, but it is the best meal delivery option I have experienced thus far.

Customer Service 4 stars. Meals were good and I am used to home cooked meals. There could be a bit more variety, a lot of the sauces taste the same. Salmon is good, other fish dishes very fishy couldn't eat oh yeah sea bass. I was able to loose 14 pounds in 6 weeks using the 7 day meal plan with snacks. Goal is 6 more pounds so I am now doing 5 day plan. Cost is high. So nice not having to shop, cook and do dishes every day. If there was a bit more variety would be 4 stars.

Food is excellent and delivery is always on time.

Excellent service, very good food, so convenient. I do not care for spicy food so I appreciate the ease of editing the menu. I have achieved an average of two pounds a week, which is very acceptable. I have yo-yo dieted all my life and hope this will be a permanent loss. Much better than the quick-off quick-back-on of the past.

Much of the food was delicious. I cancelled because for the past 3 weeks, instead of what I ordered, they sent whatever they had without any explanation. The website is glitchy. One week, no alternate meals appeared. Customer Service said the glitch would be fixed by Monday and he would follow up to make sure it was working for me. He didn’t. I only ever could order ice cream one time and even then I couldn’t order vanilla. The two of us were spending quite a bit of money each week to accept less than stellar service. So disappointed because it was convenient. If they arbitrarily begin substituting my husband's entrees, we’ll cancel his as plan well.

Food generally good. I like that I am able to opt out of specific meals or foods. Responsive customer service by email. Only drawback: no guaranteed day of delivery. Not usually a problem, but over the holidays it is. I'm going out of town day after Thanksgiving. While delivery is usually before Friday, it's not guaranteed and so I've had to hold the week. I think I'm going to be short of food when I get back from my week vacation. This issue comes up again in December. Will not be home Friday 12/8 to accept delivery. Although the delivery will probably come before Friday I can't guarantee it, so I will have to hold that week as well.
