Very unsatisfied with my experience

Very unsatisfied with my experience & the taste of food with Bistro MD. I’m not one to bash anyone and have never given a review before untill now. I was sent another shipment of food that I DID NOT ask for and charged $199 before I could even make sure I liked the first weeks meals that I received. Very upsetting so please make sure you cancel after you order so they can’t take advantage of you in the fine print. Also, the quality of food is quite poor in my opinion. Out of the 21 meals there was honestly only 1 meal that I could force down. They are high in sodium which I wasn’t aware of and it’s no better tasting than a TV dinner you buy at Walmart to be honest. Im a body builder with a tough schedule so I was looking to make my diet easier and have it prepped. Never ever again. I wouldn’t recommend these to any one.

All of our meals are with fresh, natural ingredients and balanced macronutrients. Our Registered Dietitians look at nutritional content for each recipe including sodium. The majority of our meals fall at or below the American Heart Association's guidelines for sodium, which is much lower than most frozen entrees found in the average grocery store. We understand that all of our members have different tastes & preferences, which is why we offer a wide variety and allow you to customize your preferences and your menu each week. We have members on our program that are also fitness focused.
