Food is good, takes some trial and error to see what you like. I never get my menu in the box to see what days I eat what meals.

Your weekly menu is placed in the plastic bag with other program material, which should be in your cooler with each delivery. bristomd is a rip off food comes freezer burn, their 30 day money back is false advertising. alert usad fl ag, they say they have fast turnover and that if can happen. Its probably laying around with no quietly control,

Like the program Like it is lower in sodium Beef on menu is tough, so disappointed in most of those options I do not like the fish options. (Fish is fishy tasting...like low grade fish) Several good chicken options .... really like peppercorn sauce Bars are very good Choc and Java protein drinks very good Bison meatloaf was very good Several Mexican food entrees were good Like the tortilla soup, but needs more chicken Honestly, I stared getting bored with options. By taking so much of beef, because it was tough together with fishy tasting salmon, I got bored with my options. I have lactose problems, so avoid a lot of the meals because of cheese. One last thing....I travel for work. Some weeks I got my box on Wed...then Friday...etc. That makes it very diifcult to make sure someone is able to put the food away. If someone is getting a regular delivery, there needs to be a consistent delivery day. I think this is a great program, but because of several issues, it was making it hard for me to stay motivated and delivery unpredictability, I had to look for other options.

Overall I like the idea of getting a meal made for me by a dietitian to my door and am willing to pay a little more for this, but BistroMD's prices are way too high and their service is not as advertised. I expected to talk to someone who would learn about me, my eating habits and learn my nutritional needs. Instead, I get a meal program like any other that is impersonal and made for the masses. How can a dietitian make meals specifically designed for me when they know nothing about me other than my sex and date of birth? On top of this, you want to charge me $200 a week for this plan. This is way too much money for the services you are providing. In reality, I can get another meal plan for half that price and use the free App "My Fitness Pal" to get the same computer advice and the ability to watch what I eat. I am extremely disappointed. I think there is a need in America for a program like this, but unfortunately, BistroMD missed the mark. IMHO the meals and "service" are not worth their exorbitant $200 per week fee and I think they know this. Hopefully, they will fix their model and let see if this review is even published on their website or will they delete it.
