I am on a heart-healthy, low-sodium diet and really love most of the meals I've ordered from Balance/Bistro. In fact, I haven't found any other meal service that features the kind of healthy, pre-prepared food that I need and want. There are times, however, when their selections in those categories are very limited and they also do not offer enough new selections. Overall, though, the meals are very tasty, well-prepared, and reasonably priced and their shipping is extremely reliable.

I like the ability to select my own items on Silver Cuisine. The food is good and filling. I eat my vegetables! My orders arrive within two days and are always packed properly.

The food is horrible my dog won't even eat it. I have tried numerous times to contact them placed on hold for 30 min finally gave up left messages today was the first time I received a return call. No they cannot do anything for me what a shock! I am throwing $400 worth of tasteless garbage away.

Seems like a limited number of entree's and many are spicy, pepper hot! The side vegetables are limited also, Broccoli, beans, cauliflower are okay but mixed peppers and squash are not acceptable after Microwave.

the food is awesome. the only complaint I have is the delivery system. Sometimes I get food very early into the next week and I am stuck with way too much food. I guess that's better than not enough food.

The entrees are great and the plan is very easy to follow. I have trouble with many of the vegetable sides. Some of them - most of the ones in tomato sauce - the okra, the eggplant zucchini mixtures - are so unpalatable that I throw them out, wasting food and money. I'd rather just have the plain veggies. If there's anywhere that could use improvement, it's the vegetable sides. If you'd fix that, then I'd happily give you 5 stars.

The food came late and was mostly defrosted. I wrote to the company to complain and was informed they would get back to me. That was almost 2 weeks ago and I have yet to hear anything.
