I am slowly losing weight that I haven't been able to get rid of for a few years. The food is excellent and if there's something I don't particularly like I just check it off my menu. I don't want it anymore. The snacks truly help. Each day is a new experience. So far very pleased.

Excellent customer service and support. The meal plans are extremely flexible and one can select a variety of different dishes or the same dishes every day. One can suspend delivery for a week or more without cancelling the plan entirely. I have found that I really like some of the meals and am okay with others. Having the prepared meals right there means that I do not do take-out with less healthy options. Try it, you can always cancel and especially since there are no membership or initiation fees.

I really love the food .. it’s a nice cousin but I think every week should be a different menu .. and can be repeated after one week .. snacks are nice but few are really not so good. I lost weight 5 pounds in first week but I am stuck there , that’s why I changed my diet to menopause .. hope it will work for me . Thank you .

So easy and most meals are very tasty. Like not having to even think about food except to show up for meals three times a day and wash my fork or spoon.

I really like BistroMD because their food is different than the other frozen diet plans out there. They seem to have a bigger selection and I think they try to keep coming up with new items. If I get something that I prefer not to have again I am able to add it to my “Remove” list and poof! It’s not sent yo me anymore. My only problem is storage. Since they send a weeks supply each week and I’m a few days behind on my menu some of the food won’t fit in my freezer. I fixed that problem temporarily by putting my next two days food in the refrigerator. I really look forward to new items each week. I am down about 8 lbs since starting the plan. I probably would be down a little more if I gave up my wine. But little steps.
