There was an issue with the shipping. As soon as it was brought to attention by Birdy Grey they sent me the order within 1-2 days to make it right. They were very apologetic and helpful to making sure I wasn't stressed about not having the dress in time!

The dress was beautiful. The shipping was fast and that was amazing however when I encountered a problem in the fit around the bust I quickly ordered another dress (which arrived so fast). When I tried it on it eventually fit the same despite it being a different size. Sadly it didn’t work

I had a problem with my initial order (discoloration or stain) and Birdie Gray went above and beyond to make it right. I had asked for ideas on how to try to clean it and instead they sent me a new dress, basically overnighted. Highly recommend.

I got my dress very quickly! The only feedback is I wish the reviews would show what dress size the person leaving the review purchased because just having their bust size and weight didn’t help if I didn’t have the size dress they purchased. Especially because most people wouldn’t mention it. Other than that, it was fantastic service!

Fantastic experience!!! I ordered a dress a week and a half before my mothers wedding last minute and rush ordered shipping. It was here in three days and fits perfectly. I’ve previously purchased a dress from this company for a bridesmaids dress and they fit so good. I’m so glad I took the chance to rush order this dress!!
