Fine Products; Delivery...?
My ties were able to get through the gate, but somehow the back-ordered pocket squares were unable to be delivered without the code. The products are fine, the delivery leaves much to be desired. USPS would have been much more reliable.

The shipping was excellent!!
The shipping was excellent!!. Got my dress in five days! The reviews were very accurate. I measured myself before ordering and the way that my sizes were. I had to order one size up on the chest and one size down at the waist because if I ordered the correct size for my chest, it wouldn’t have fit my waist. I will need to alter it a little bit at the chest area and also the length, but other than that, it fits wonderfully!! 230lbs ordered a 1x size dress

Buy at a place where you can try on and can get alterations.
(5’1, 140lbs) ordered a size medium Michelle- Too long by an inch or two, too tight. Can’t move up to a size large, because it will be extremely long and too saggy in the bust. Will need to have alterations done.

The packaging that I received was…
The packaging that I received was damaged but overall the swatches were good. Also wasn't a fan on the third party delivery vandor.

The pictures are a little misleading…
The pictures are a little misleading because it shows the bow tie already tied but it doesn’t come that way! And it’s cheaper to just keep them and learn than it is to return them because you have to pay a fee to “restock” them!

Confusing refund/“e-gift” process
The suit is lovely. However, the entire exchange/return refund process was very confusing. I had to just re purchase a second jacket. I hope I can get my money back for the first one rather than the “e-gift card” that was supposed to pay for the exchange. So confused.
