Round of applause
I have nothing but great things to say about Birdy Grey! I had to last minute pivot bridesmaids dresses and decided to order from Birdy Grey as I used them for my bridesmaids dresses when I got married. I was so stressed already about the tight timeline and then my package got delivered to the wrong address… With only 4 days until the wedding the customer service team was so kind and efficient expediting my package so I could have my dress in time. 10/10 experience. The dress is beautiful and of great quality. I cannot thank them enough for saving the day- and the wedding from a terribly dressed bridesmaid.

Customer service was AWESOME
Customer service was AWESOME. Literally may have been the best I’ve ever spoke with. Took accountability in their warehouse not shipping my rushed order in time and were able resolve the problem quickly

Great Selection
My husbands suit shipped quickly. My daughter and I are bridesmaids and each of us found a beautiful dress in our own style. I love the options for the dresses and suits!

the dress is not well made it feels…
the dress is not well made it feels super cheap and is constructed horribly. zipper and seams dont lay flet uneven bust line.

AMAZING customer service!
AMAZING customer service (Jenny for the win!) and it a gorgeous dress. Definitely ran a little bigger than the measurements said, but I'll be the first to admit that I'm no seamstress and body types obviously vary a lot.
