Suit sizes were never available was forced to get slim fitting size .... had to spend 85$ to get suit jacket tailored ... quality mediocre and best .... a 46 long was the largest size that u stocked .... which is not very big at.::: but that size was never available..: I'm a 48L naturally I didn't have a choice because I was part of a wedding party ..:: customer service was very print and kind ... and never buy a white shirt from this company... half price and twice the quality on Amazon

Items came in quickly and rep who responded to missing item did so quickly and replaced item immediately.

my tracking for my shipment still has not updated after emailing weeks ago about it. it still says returned to sender.

DO NOT BUY from Birdy Grey if you are international. They don't do returns and their dresses are not good quality or flattering irl. Waste of money.

My bridesmaids dress got delivered to the wrong address. There was no way they could send me another dress in time, especially when it needs to be altered and also didn’t have the dress I chose. It took over 2 months to have my dress be delivered to a different address.

At first I was expecting to write a bad review. But the company ended up making up their mistake. First off I needed an XL and any sizes XL or bigger needs to be customer made and takes about 3 months to get. So keep that in mind if you need a bigger size. The wedding I was in was a fast wedding so I only had a month and 3 weeks to order and get my dress so I had no choice but to go down a size. I was super nervous it wasn't going to fit but I ordered it anyway. I paid for shipping that said it would be to my house within 5 to 12 business days. I waited and waited and it never came. It went well past 12 business days so I contacted them and they responded letting me know they accidentally put my order into custome ordered dresses and they apologized and refunded my money for shipping and they placed my order priority shipping at not extra cost to me. It arrived the next day and fit perfectly! The dresses were beautiful and very nice material, I will definitely be able to wear it as a guest to weddings. Overall it's a nice, legit company.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Cheaply made product. Customer service is horrible. I’d spend the extra money and go with a different company!!!
