The dresses are literally so cheap
The dresses are literally so cheap, thin, unflattering. I can’t believe I have to pay this much for such shitty quality.

Wrong pants sent. Suit looks terrible.
I ordered a suit with my measurements. The suit came in with enough time to get tailored. When I got the suit, I opened the box to find that the wrong pants size was sent to me and the wrong color. I got on the chat and they fixed the order but told me that they couldn’t do overnight shipping as I needed these to get tailored. The pants came in and the suit does not look up to standard. The material feels cheap compared to my other suits. I honestly wouldn't order from Birdy Grey. Unless you need a cheap suit.

Terrible
Terrible. Package was guaranteed to arrive on Thursday and it arrived on Tuesday after the wedding.

Extremely disappointing
My experience was so immensely frustrating I would rate 0 stars if I could. For starters, I bought dresses that had a waived rushed fee and were supposed to be delivered on September 13th. A week later, they still hadn’t arrived and I contacted the shipping company. All of a sudden, there was movement on my package but it still didn’t get delivered until the 23rd. Mind you, it was only an hour away from me the entire time so I could’ve just driven there instead to save time. So after waiting and being anxious about not getting my dresses in time, turns out I didn’t even receive the 7 seven dresses I ordered. I only recieved 2. I don’t know who this falls on, birdy grey or SpeedX, but don’t worry they got a piece of my mind too. The only positive thing about my experience was talking to the customer service representative, Isidora. She was absolutely amazing, extremely responsive, and went above and beyond for me so give this gal a raise.
