I order a bird feeder and never received it. I was told that I can be refunded once I return it. I asked what if I never received it? I was told again that I could not get a refund if I don't return it. It was a complete circle of insulting responses. They could only provide me tracking for the 2nd bird feeder that I purchased stating that this was the tracking information for the first bird feeder that I never received.

I mistakenly purchased an AI bird identification subscription that I could not use with my birdhouse but am having trouble trying to cancel the purchase and have my money returned. UPDATE: I have received a refund and can now report their customer service is very good as is my new birdhouse.

So far, I have not received a notice that the bird feeder with camera has even been shipped. I used the tracing number and it indicated the the item was NOT FOUND!!! FIND IT AND SEND IT TO ME. THEN I WILL RATE YOUR SERVICE!!! I HAVEN'T SEEN ANYTHING GOOD YET!!!

I can’t rate the birdfy bird bath because after 12 days it still hasn’t shipped. When checking on the status, I was told, just wait. This is what I get for buying stuff off Instagram ads, a scam. Hopefully they ship it and it works, but I’m not hopeful. Save your money and time. Update 6/26 Somewhere in shipping someone lost my shipment. Birdfy did send another one that took a few days to get. Tried setting it up, but unfortunately Birdfy’s servers are down and I haven’t been able to set it up. Looks good though and physical set up was easy. Gotta see about technical set up in next few days.

Ordered as a gift. Came in a birdfy box totally ruining the surprise element of it being a gift. The unit will not pop up in Bluetooth, so I'm unable to start. Neither the help center scan option nor the unit scan option will connect me to anything. Yes, my wifi is on. Yes I know how to use Bluetooth.
