This is an update to my review from yesterday. I originally gave the ordering process for an accessory 3 stars because it was difficult to find the item and on the checkout page I couldn’t find the spot to apply discount code. Birdfy reached out to me promptly to adjust my expenditure. I have two Birdfy feeders and several accessories. They work brilliantly and when I did have one problem previously, customer service was very helpful in promptly rectifying the problem to my full satisfaction. You get live people quickly who are knowledgeable rather than jumping through hoops trying to get live people. I am very pleased with the products and customer service. A friend has another brand which stopped functioning within a month of purchasing.

I truly love this beautiful bird feeder with the camera. I would have given it 5 stars but I had to find out on my own what a certain house finch was. It was a red house finch. I couldn’t find on my app where to find out what kind of bird this was. Most times my camera tells me what bird is in the camera. I do absolutely love it!

This happens when the bird is too close to the camera or out of frame. You can also try changing the direction of the feeder so the bird won't blend with the background. The pictures/ videos are good quality. The solar panel makes sure i never have dead batteries. Hanger is simple and functional. Two minor issues 1- drain holes in base are too small 2- hopper could hold more We like it & have no plans to replace it. 😊
