We sincerely apologize for the frustration you've experienced with the solar panel system and camera reliability. It's disappointing to hear that both your feeder and nesting box are having charging issues, especially after a few years of use. We've been working hard to improve our solar power technology and camera performance based on customer feedback like yours. The default solar panel that comes with our feeder is a 3-watt panel. The solar charger is always plugged in which can degrade the battery. This is why we use low-wattage panel. If it's always cloudy, we recommend using our 5-watt panel instead.
