Give the bird the bird!
Tried to park the bird scooter in 5 different "approved" parking spots. Bird refused to allow me to end the ride. Bird SUCKS!

Rip-Off
App is ridiculously buggy and pricing is confusing and expensive. Paid US45 to walk it half a mile because it would not allow me to end the ride and was malfunctioning constantly. Try reporting an issue - good luck. Issues with reporting issues - app doesn’t allow most functions it purports to have. Total ripoff and support is non-existant. Beware of this enterprise and resent scooters from a reputable dealer.

One star is far too many
One star is far too many! My daughter and I used them occasionally in Feurteventura we would’ve been cheaper using taxis and safer, I have complained about the cost but no response! My advice:- get a taxi or walk!!!

Was at Bird and Co Rosebank What an amazing experience and a friendly cashier by the name of Dudu I had no idea what to order but that lady was so friendly helped me choose Am definitely coming back with my family and friends ❤️😁

Betalte for 3 dagers pass også måtte jeg oppgi diverse informasjon og legitimasjon som ikke gikk igjennom og fikk derfor ikke brukt el-sparkesykkelen og fikk heller ikke pengene tilbake.

Flipping the Bird
Bird out of Cascais awful experience. Bikes that don’t work or unlock. One bike cut my daughter s hand because of poor maintenance. Pricing predatory vs Bolt, Lime. Just awful. Walk!

AVOID:AVOID:AVOID! Multi hire failed abysmally. Charged several euros for standing still. Unable to end the ride as I was not in a parking zone... I hadn't even moved! Gave up. Reported issues. still charged 6€! P.S. parking zones are few and far between. Why can't we just leave them in a safe spot like Bolt? Scooters are either broken flat or just not registering on the app. Hire attempt was in Matosinhos. Portugal. AVOID:AVOID:AVOID!

1 Stern, weil wenn der Scooter funktioniert, die Fahrt stabil ist. Aber……. 1 Scooter freigeschaltet, fährt nicht los. War eine Freifahrt, nicht berechnet. 2 Scooter dann ok. 1 Tag später 1 Scooter freigeschaltet, bewegt sich keinen cm. 1,54 € berechnet, absolute Frechheit. 2 Scooter lasst sich nicht freischalten. 3. Scooter einwandfrei. Sorry, dass geht überhaupt nicht. Nie wieder
