Non existing customer service! I've tried to reach them on e-mail and on their facebook page. I got an "automatic reply" and after that they have totally ignored me for a long time. Other suppliers have been helpful, and initiaded action right away. You will lose your place in the market when you behave this way!

I purchased 2 day passes and was charged 177 dollars plus some change but the original price was suppose to be only 14.99 each and I can't contact anyone from Bird to correct this . they are not listed with the BBB so beware.

UNDER ALL KRITIK! Jag laddade ner Bird-appen och påbörjade min resa. När jag skulle parkera den efter en åktur på 2 minuter stod det ”FEL! Du kan tyvärr inte avsluta en åktur i ett parkeringsfritt område. Vänligen lämna området för att parkera ditt fordon” Jag förstod ingenting då jag faktiskt parkerat den inom ramarna för vad som var okej. Jag åkte då en bit ifrån för att säkerställa att den skulle fungera att parkera - ingenting fungerade. Det kom fortfarande fram samma meddelande. Jag åkte runt, runt, runt och försökte hitta ett ”godkänt” ställa att parkera på. Jag åkte därefter TILLBAKA till samma ställe jag utgått ifrån, för att den naturligtvis borde funka där. Men nej, det gjorde den inte. Jag skrev till Bird-chatten för att försöka få hjälp - men möttes inte av något svar. Detta känns väldigt oseriöst och tråkigt, att denna ”Bird”-scooter nu står utanför mig och tickar pengar gör mig väldigt stressad. Det är dessutom första gången jag provar detta märke och vidgar mina vyer utöver Voi. Det slutade med att jag fick överföra pengar från mitt konto så att de inte skulle dra flera tusen kronor. Jag mejlade Bird utöver de chat-meddelanden jag inte fick svar på. Två timmar senare svarar dom (inte ens ett ”beklagar din upplevde” att de vill kreditera 110 kr?! Alltså inte ens nästan det belopp jag betalat. Det värsta var att de inte kommer kreditera summan till mitt konto - utan som en ”kredit” att använda i min ”nästa resa”. Det kommer inte att bli någon nästa resa. Jag kommer aldrig någonsin använda mig av denna tjänst igen och tyvärr har jag hört fler samma sak har hänt för. ANVÄND INTE BIRD! Det är stor risk att det inte går att avsluta resan och att ”taxametern” fortsätter att ticka på.

Over a month ago, I requested an account balance refund. Apart from the automatic email response, they haven’t replied and I am still waiting for that refund.

Terrible App for Bird Scooters The English language version of the app is surprisingly unhelpful if you’re trying to rent a scooter. A button with something like “Rent a scooter” would be good. Astounding that a business which wants customers to rent its scooters has such a useless app.

Bird is great except... Their map makes it difficult to park their scooter around San Diego. We were riding the birds all over the boardwalk and they made us park the scooter over 2 blocks away and walk back to the boardwalk. Very disappointing!

I had a great experience with Bird power scooters. In both Nashville TN and Austin TX, Bird was my preferred scooter company. The scooters were always in great condition and full battery. I found them easy to operate, faster, and smoother then the competition scooter companies. The app was simple and easy to navigate. The rates were fair to the point that I was shocked how cheap it was.
