The ride was fine and works as stated, no issues there. But I'm giving a negative review due to the way they have the app created to where locking the scooter will not pause the meter of the ride and instead you have to end the ride and start over. SO what's the use of having the lock button on the app?? The app should also sense that the scooter is not moving to for a certain frame to where the ride will auto end to safeguard end riders of further billing. For a mile ride ended up almost $60. Worst than a taxi or Uber.

Bad The GPS on the BIRD sad wrong - so er couldn’t park it right - and it costed us so many money… not good enough. Take LIME instead

The second time in San Diego and how quickly I am now reminded of how useless this company is. I told my kids about all the fun we were going to have riding around the city. But same as last time this fun is quickly cut short because of the issues trying to reload credit. This happened last time. There’s plenty of money on the card attached to my account but it continues to reject payment. Very frustrating and very disappointing for my family. It’s time to try another company. I rate this brand 1 star at best

Har haft Birdpass men har sagt upp detta, anledningen är att Bird vid varje månadsskiftet strösslar cyklar över stan men sedan skiter dom fullständigt i att serva cyklarna och runt den 10:e varje månad finns det inte många cyklar som går att använda och då står man där med sitt månadspass,,så oseriöst! Detta är inget tillfälligt och när jag tidigare hade Birdpass kontaktade jag dom angående detta flera gånger i veckan och fick tillbaka ett autosvar om att de tackar för feedback och önskar en trevlig dag😡VARNING FÖR BIRD!

Multiple problems trying to contact them. RIDE LIME

For $75.88, me and 3 others in my group were able to travel 2.3 miles. When I contacted bird to explain the total, it took 5 replies before agents stopped sending template response and actually read my email. $75 for 2.3 miles? Rent a car, get an Uber, anything is cheaper than scootering.

My 4,99€ ”daily” pass was somehow limited to 15 rides. All the excessive rides I had to pay for wich all in all was 40€, and this was very hard to know on beforehand. No other information but a 5000 pages document with all the information wich I accepted in the besinning was given about this limitation. So be avare how many rides you have done! ”Daily” pass is missleading adverticement. Should be ”maximum 15 rides per 24h”!

i'm a little disappointed that i bought the day pass and i still get pulled every time i take a ride Just get another brand
