Payed 20 dollars , all gone and no mileage done on it , in San Francisco they are locked by chain. After unlocking the scooter , you are paying, the lock was broken so no riding for me , cancel and find another one. After the cancel they billed me 9 dollars 😡, tried another one same problem you have to press the button on the lock until the light turns blue , waste of money , what a stupid concept, no physical customer service to reach out to , and whole my 20 dollars gone! Not even worth 1 star ! Would not recommend this to anyone.

Bad experience twice now. App/hardware is not working and as a customer you need to spend time to fix it, no help from Bird. They still charge you, or give you a small refund in credits.. use one of the competitors, way better experience

Bird has gone from a great service to a veritable Hiroshima disaster. I just came home from a trip with a scooter that stopped 4 times on the road with such a jolt that I fall and hit my head the first time. I have to drag the scooter to a parking lot, it forces me to verify with AR and QR code, can't finish. I pull the scooter to three other parking spaces with the same result. I end up taking pictures of the scooter and leaving it as it cannot be finished. Bird is a disgrace to customers and also a life-threatening scooter. Please contact us on +4670 8433628 as soon as possible. I will be suing you for my injuries. Please see this on Google and trustpilot as well. You have no customer support and no telephone number.

Even though i locked their scooters and parked their scooter in a proper stand they charged me $20 for parking violation! Such a stupid reason to rip customers! Their strategies are, choose a customer out of three and charge them $20 for stupid reason and make money, may be go bankrupt in couple of months since someone better gonna come and take their business!

Today I used the escooter for the first time. Also the last time! It worked for about 2min, then I was surprised with a terrible beeping sound, drawing all the attention to me, and a message saying I was out of service area. Couldn't leave the thing there, but had to walk it back a considerable distance, before it was finally satisfied and stopped beeping. Ending the ride was therefore longer than the actual ride. I was charged for the whole time, including walking to park the scooter, and I still had to walk the rest of my way (more than 50%). When I try to delete my account, the app throws an error and asks to contact support. AVOID AT ANY COST!!!

This company doesn't even deserve one star. Overcharged me. I rented 3 scooters and charged me for 5 scooters! They set up the app so you Have to keep the app for any issues. Otherwise they keep your money. They also charged me $21 for no reason that I know of 3 weeks later. Don't use this company AT ALL. I'm making sure to let everyone know about this.

If I could rate this 0 stars I would. The experience itself of riding the scooters was amazing as it was only a 5 minute ride. But shortly after checking my bank statement it showed me overcharges from Bird. I only rode the scooter twice but yet the app added another ride and was over 30 mins at that making it a $25 ride plus my 2 rides. I then reached out to customer service and a manager by the name of Quinn was highly disrespectful and incompetent as I provided evidence of my rides and the ride of my friends that showed the same distance to prove I never went that far. Quinn then stated how I was not going to be compensated and that I was lying about not riding that far via email so I had to call their customer service department and had my case escalated to be properly resolved by a manager who could read and not send auto generated emails in response to a fraud ride. FYI if you’re in San Antonio DO NOT rent these as there are an outrageous amount of homeless people near EVERY bird parking station downtown around the city it’s quite alarming and I’m 100% sure that’s who used the scooter while I was eating dinner and traveled across town. Quinn is utterly disgusting and disrespectful especially when a paying customer is contacting regarding a ride they never made. It’s already a lot that I paid over $10 to travel 1.4 miles twice but I enjoyed the experience but I will NEVER allow myself to be taken advantage of nor be robbed and have a manager disrespect me when I’m being wronged. Dear Bird, Do better and properly evaluate the candidates you all hire for Upper Management as they are the face of the company and can cause damage to the brand as a whole.

Preise sind gut aber die Leistung der Scooter ist leider nicht konsequent. Jedesmal eine Überraschung ob der Scooter vernünftig fährt oder nicht. Jedoch die Preise zum Beispiel beim TagesTicket sind ziemlich gut. Bei 5€ und 6 mal 30 Minuten Fahrten.
