Bad experience, one scooter not working after complaint they refund the charge but as voucher in account to use within a month which I wouldn’t be able to use. 2- park to return the scooter but not recognition and take ages to get park and fail. Request a refund but customer service refused to refund. A scam. 3- scooter not working halfway. Customer service said because out of zone, not true as my other scooter no problem. Again refuse to refund. TOTALLY SCAM. Avoid if possible. My experience was at Fuerteventura.

Horrible. Emailed the support (phone number said the only way to reach out about fraudulent charges is by email) and they responded to my first inquiry. However, after giving them the information they needed to refund my money, they are now silent. Multiple follow up emails all ignored. It’s been two months now and still no responses

Useful for when the Antwerp (Belgium) transport system fails. However, the payment is a scam. The last one I suffered was the commuter pass, which gives you two rides for up to 30 minutes in 24 horas for 3.99 euros. The pass was still active for 30 minutes when I used my second ride the next day. I travelled to work, but with the time I took closing the Bird app, I went slightly over half an hour and had to pay 11 euros. I paid for a pass for nothing... and will 11 euros I could have taken a taxi! There should be a warning before the pass expires... if they indeed intend to be this pitty with money Also, it's ridiculous how little of the Antwerp city Bird covers... and this comes from a foreigner.

Complete scam of a company. They try to rip people off and charge crazy amounts a few days later after you rent these scooters. Don't make the same mistake my family and I did. They charged my card $150 to ride scooters less than a mile down the street. Total of about 6-7 minutes. Then when you call them, they play games and act like they can't find your account. Which they had no problem charging two days before. Complete fraud!! Do not use these Bird Scooters.

I live in Antwerp city Belgium. I used to ride with Bird and I loved it, specially when they brought the newest scooters which were dope. I've probably spent more or less 500 bucks so far riding on a daily basis. One day the app bugged while I finished my ride and it kept charging me while I arrived at my destination. I restarted my phone, the app, switched mobile data on and off, turned airplane mode on off, did all those things and after half hour of waiting plus 40 bucks charged, I finally managed to close the app. I was upset but didn't complain cause a few times Bird was a life saviour helping me to catch the train. So another day was when I went buttshit insane. Same story I was casually riding and I had to be on an interview, the app wouldn't close, it kept charging me and i also couldn't leave it and go to my interview cause someone would take the ride for free while I'm paying, plus I would have to take a picture of my bird and I wouldn't find it. So I ended up losing my interview thanks to your sh**ty bugged app. I will never ever use your app or your scooters again, you guys are done, better go look for another job.

I would like to give a full negative comment,without any stars! I used 4 times this company and 2 of them i had serious problem to park the vehicle! They have serious bugs to their app and i was not capable to find anywhere a parking slot. I lost much time to ride around to find a parking slot. Eventually i contacted both times to contact center and they parked the bird for me, charging me only for my ride time. The staff was ok, with a quick response but this is not what i want from an app like this. I want a simple transportation and to be anywhere on time. This company isn't capable to satisfy my needs!

I wish I could give negative stars. They not only steal your money like other people said, they also embedded other membership subscriptions when you were merely trying to register for Bird. Imagine somebody like me who were already frustrated trying to get through the numerous screens to register for a ride and hell knows why (besides scamming you) they would embed a check box in the middle to have you sign up for some totally irrelevant membership??!!! They are clearly dishonest companies trying to scam you whenever they can. Why would they still be allowed to operate?!!

Picked up a couple of scooters in fuertaventura We did 2 journeys about 20 minutes each and were horrified to be charged a total of over £80 I wrote to them via email when I got home They gave me about £65 credit on my account When I replied saying I was unlikely to use it, they then put the money in my bank
