Really disappointed, scoter didn’t work properly and kept taking money out of my account after I left it someone, disgusted in how difficult it was to start the operation of it to work to obit only be let down but waste money on it to not even get to ride it.

It is more expensive than an actual Uber, terrible experience

I unlocked a scooter and wanted to do a joint ride (group ride) with my husband which was marketed in the app. There were multiple scooters at my location but each time i scanned the second scooter, the app said i couldn't add another rider. I spent 5 minutes trying the other scooters to no avail, meanwhile, paying for the one i had already unlocked! We wasted 5-10 minutes trying to get a second scooter and in the end had to use a different companies scooter! It was beam. Ive since tried to email bird to let them know of my issue and get a credit for my wasted 5 minutes and i keep getting automated replies which have not answered my question! They put a name at the end of the email making you think you have been conversing with a person but itsclearly a robot seeing as they are clearly not reading the content of the email and answering the actual problem! The replies that come back are clearly automated! So i would avoid bird and use beam instead! They have much better customer service if you have a problem. They also allow group rides much more easily than bird.

Bad step, worse app and service never rent this

Bird scooter çompany Incompetent Deceitful, Liars, and thieves of a Company.... I paid $20 then requested my refund via email, as well as phone 18662052422 and I still have the emails of correspondence of proof of my request/correspondence in which I emailed support. Yet, They still had and still have the nerve to continuously say was after 60 days. I was injured and immediately requested a refund... It's a shame a company can take advantage of the consumer in these hard times in which we struggle. It's simply the principle... William Locke

They absolutely steal your money! It's a scam on how they charge. Got charged an absurd amount of money - not just the $10 for the ride that was only 0.7miles.
