AVOID!!! Criminal extortion. this is pure racketeering. I see the company recently went bankrupt 8 months ago and somehow are still operating in the US, and wherever in the world their bikes are still on the street and app is running. We hired bikes today in Bordeaux. The app advertised 2 free rides for 3.99 Euro, and nowhere did it show any other rates. After less than 2 hours we were charged 50 Euro. Massive rip-off. There is no logic in how they charge, they charged 30 for one bike and 20 for the other even though we used them the same amount of time. The bikes themselves are very rickety and noisy too, who knows if they are ever serviced or how safe they are?

The worst never rent a scooter with this company they charged and took 35 euros from me without explanation

Esperienza pessima, sconsigliatissimi! Costo esagerato e per la riconsegna ti costringono ad andare solo in alcuni punti mal segnalati e scomodi, alla fine mi sono pentita di averlo preso perché ho dovuto camminare quasi di piú che se non lo avessi affittato. Non lo utilizzerò mai più!

Totale Abzocke. Parkplätze werden als frei angezeigt, sind es aber nicht. 15min Parpkplatzsuche und einen kilometer laufen, weil das system nicht passt. Zudem doppelt und dreifache Abbuchung per PayPal. Fall ist gemeldet, hoffentlich wird es wenigstens erstattet. Absolute Unverschämtheit dieses System!!

Le pongo una estrella porque no puedo ponerle un cero. Te dice que pagues min 10€ y después empezará a contar si lo llevas más tiempo. Sin embargo, cuando llegamos a un parking donde poder dejarlo no nos dejaba cancelar el viaje. Hay una opción de bloquear el patinete, pero los segundos siguen avanzando y siguen cobrándote. Lo peor que no tienen número de teléfono gratuito para poder consultar dudas (como esta), y escribes correos pero no responden. Además, tiene un supuesto manual que no explica las dudas básica como “¿cómo finalizar un viaje?”… PÉSIMO, nada recomendado, roban tu dinero.

Sowohl im Ausland als auch in der Schweiz hatte ich nie Probleme mit BIRD. App und Geräte funktionieren einwandfrei und es macht richtig Spass, insbesondere fremde Städte auf diese Weise zu erkunden!
