Scam company,,there pricing is designed to take as much as possible off your card. The parking spots disappear so you can't end the ride properly so they max the charges. Avoid this company. How they are still operating should not be legal. I fought tooth and nail with them to get only half my money back. A disgraceful company. I would be ashamed to work for them.

Avoid if you can.... this is a bad company with poor customer service. I went for a ride for 8 min and .5 miles and Bird charged me 43$ instead of $2. They said I was still logged in and was ridding for 81 min and 5.5 miles. I don't know anyone who would ride a scooter for 81 min...... When I contacted customer and tried to explain there was an error with the scooter they said this was my fault because I didn't log out correctly, which I did. The 40$ is insignificant, not taking ownership of tech errors with your equipment and blaming the customer is what's wrong.

These guys suck. Not only do they charge waaaay too much. I ended up paying $10 which is 2x more than Lime for the distance I traveled. Lime will do an initial $15 fee then refund you depending on time and distinct. I will admit that Bird is faster, however it does not take turns well. I’d choose Lime over them any day of the week,

It shouldn’t be legal how hard they make it to understand the pricing. They say look at payment section to get local pricing. I’ve done that and it says €5 to start. That’s all! So with no other pricing mentioned I assume it will only be €5 per hire as there is now hourly price mentioned. It’s really unclear. Also you have no way of knowing how much you’ve spent on a current ride until you end it!

Here to add to the terrible experiences others have already mentioned. Bird has stopped me from riding with them and only 9 days later sent me an email saying that it’s because I had a payment failure in my last purchase of 3 NIS ($1). Instead of telling me that in the app, I scanned many birds as I rely on them to get around the city and it kept showing as an “error” pop up instead of telling me the truth. Then, I went to pay and for the life of me I can’t figure it out as someone who literally works in tech. THEN I go to answer their email to ask for help paying in the app and at the bottom it says “with questions or concerns reach out here” with a hyperlink to another email which is a ‘noreply’ email so I sent an email to them and they auto replied saying to reach out on their site… So I go to their website and they literally only have AI bots not even a real person that can assist me via chat, phone or email… they really suck and don’t care about their riders experience at all. Onto Lime.

It is a scam! I booked 3 daily passes for 8,99. I was charged one daily pass+the extra minutes outside the daily pass ( correct) and for the other 2 steps they applied the minutes rates ending in spending 80 euro for 2 hours for 2 steps!!!! Via the app I made a complain and got no reaction yet. I still hope they would correct it but reading the reviews I’m losing my hope. AVOID IT, choose other companies

Ik kocht al 2 keer een rittenpas van 2 ritten en dat werkte niet eens, de app zegt dat ik nog meer geld op mijn account moet hebben. je kan je geld ook niet terug krijgen dat op het account staat. Gebruik geen bird! Vol oplichterij!!!
