The products are great. The website sucks. Every single time I get pissed off at the website. Guys: I love your products, I don't want to subscribe for my own reasons, I know what I want - learn that I'm a regular customer and STOP with the aggressive marketing. The technology exists to do this. The products are good enough that I battle through the horrible horrible user experience about once a month. THis time? I kept clicking, "No I don't want to see more offers, just take me to my invoice" but instead.... you kept showing me aggressive offers. I really hate that. Anyway - great products. Love the Massaminos, P3, the new cognabiotic, and the Magnesium.

Excellent Product!

This was my first time shopping on Bioptimizers website and I really didn’t enjoy how many pop ups were on the site trying to get me to spend more money when I was just trying to get to my invoice. Also, every time I clicked on the option to just take me straight to my invoice it would just pop up another ad to buy something else. I hear your products are amazing, so I would never let that deter me…just not something I like when on a site. I like sites to be straightforward and to the point. Also, I did the one time payment option, but when I checked out it looked like I was automatically signed up for a subscription… which I purposefully didn’t choose. That seemed a little sneaky to me, but maybe I just didn’t understand how it all worked.

So far no complaints other than cost. It's just a shame that things have to be ridiculously priced and the amount in the size of dosing caters to the expense

I like the product quite a bit and this is a re-order. But, - the on-line ordering was kind of a pain - as it made you go through a long list of products - needing to decline them - in order to get to the check-out. I already e-mailed you about this and received a reply...hope you all change that...

Do to the company switching servers, I received and was charged for a double order. When I communicated the issue, they resolved it by crediting my account and honoring my decision to cancel at this time. If I need Gluten Guardian in the future, I will start a new subscription because I was happy with the product and the way the problem was resolved.
