I ordered, through their website, Magnesium Breakthrough 500mg. After 10 days I received Masszymes. I do not know what they are and when I called support they said they didn't send them. If it didn't come from them the label is a perfect counterfeit! They made no suggestions to help me other than order them again. I contested the credit card payment.

I have used Bioptimizers Magnesium unflavored powder for a year. They have recently changed the fórmula leaving it very gritty and unable to disolver. I will not buy again.

I have never had a problem falling asleep, but I sometimes wake up in the middle of the night and cannot seem to go back to sleep. It is something that I've been dealing with for most of my life. I can say it has been easy to go back to sleep when I wake up in the middle of the night, so I am sure it helps. My only reservation is that I have a headache all day. It may be due to my medical condition. I'll just minimize the dosage (instead of 2 capsules, I'll take 1) and the frequency I take it before going to bed.

I made the mistake of ordering collagen peptides from this company. While the product could be decent, I’m really disgusted. I received my first order of three packets, which would take me at least a year to complete. Two weeks later, I received a notification that my order was on its way so I responded with an email telling them absolutely no cancel this order.!!!! while I did get a response asking me. Do you want to cancel the subscription?? yes and cancel the order. I thought I made that really really clear. However they sent it to me anyway, charged me and basically told me tough shit because there was nothing they could do. This is appalling customer service to say the least. I would never refer a product from a company that doesn’t give a shit about its customers!

Did nothing, no change, no effect. The advertiser claims are science fiction, not fact. Do not waste money. The longer the ad the less lightly it is fact based.

I am a seasoned online shopper who values my time and appreciates sites that are straight forward and easy to understand. Today I wasted so much time on this website trying to figure out all the options and marketing gimmicks and last minute offers presented. My head was spinning trying to keep it all straight and questions kept coming up as I browsed. The good thing was that they at least had a telephone number, so I was able to speak with a representative who was polite. When I reached the rep I explained how exasperated I was trying to understand the website and how the "bio bucks" and subscription options work. Through her help, I discovered, I wasn't signed in when I checked out ,so my order wouldn't earn "bio bucks". I was so frustrated after learning she could not fix it. All she could say was sorry. That's when I asked the rep to cancel the order, which she did. It was only after I continued to ask questions that she reviewed more options and helped me understand how to order using the" subscribe and save" option and fine tune it to my needs. (that is not clear on the site). I then further asked for explanation of the $15 "bio bucks" I would earn. I was told I'd receive $15 only if I made successful referrals, and only earn 1.5% for the purchase. Maybe I'm dense, but that wasn't readily apparent to me on the website. I find this such a waste of my time as well as the reps. If this was all clearly spelled out on the site there would be no need to seek help. I'm exhausted. In the end, I decided I don't need "bio bucks" and I wouldn't want to put my friends and family through the aggravation and time needed to understand how the site works, so I decided to not order anything . I will look elsewhere to purchase my magnesium and other supplements. On another note, I also was uncomfortable not knowing the percentages of each of the 7 different magnesiums in the bottle. People have a right to know exactly what is in products they are consuming. I'm surprised the company is allowed to do that.

Great product and service!

This is a complete scam. I took them for 3 days and felt terrible. I spent $125 for 3 bottles and is a total waste of my money. The magnesium, probiotics and the Berberine breakthrough. I want my money back and will announce on all platforms if I do not get it back. Total lies!!
