I wish the orders would have been cancelled when they contacted me. The service has been acceptable over the years. Great product.

Orders usually ship within 24 hours after they have been placed (except on weekends), we are usually able to cancel within those 24 hours before they ship. However, after they ship, we are unable to cancel, in which case, in order to get a refund, the alternative would be to have the order sent back us by refusing it or using a prepaid return label that we would provide.
