I have only used my Bioness for a little over two weeks and so far I like it. It definitely is something to get used to but I think it will be very helpful in the end. I ordered the upper thigh cuff with the unit on the inside of the leg. I would prefer it on the outside at this point as it rubs against the other leg when I walk. Otherwise, a good product.

My name is Monique McIntosh. I purchased the L300 in April. I returned it well within the time frame allowed for returns: and return was confirmed. I have not yet received a refund of almost 3,000.00. I had no problem reaching the Representative prior to receiving the brace. Now I'm getting his voice mail. Need funds credited back to my card. This is negatively effecting my credit.

Having Multiple Sclerosis and what comes with it, I couldn’t be more pleased with the service and the 300Go device. I want to give a big Shout-out to Yesenia Guzman for her patience and kindness, Joe, the PT person who fitted and trained me on the usage of the device and Ernie in accounting services who showed true empathy for my mistake in understanding the Billing. Of course no one is perfect and it only takes that one person to try and ruin it for the others, but I won’t mention who that is because like I said, no one is perfect, but this device is. Thank you 🙏 All for giving me a bit of life back.

Good system. However the detached controller needs updates. I use the system to be able to walk with walker. I have use the 300 for almost a dozen years. The new controller does not give feedback as the the state of the system. Example, when ambulating I at times need to increase or decrease intensity. The new controller is blank and when using the intensity buttons it remains black. It does show the new information unless it goes through a restart, or it appears that way. Standing still while holding on to the walker while trying to make intensity changes is very awkward. It appears that the system has to resync to be able to make changes on the fly.
