The Bioness representatives were knowledgeable about their products and resources; they were professional and efficient with communication. I have drop-foot and have had to rely on an AFO to walk. However, I got the L300 Go system and am very happy with the product. The unit allows me to walk with a better, more normal gait pattern, which feels good to my body and saves me energy. I’ve been building my strength and endurance quickly, walking for at least 60 minutes a day (compare to my walking of 20-30 minutes tops, a few months ago). With the Bioness I was able to walk barefoot for the first time since my stroke in 2015. It was a gift!

My Clinical Specialist, Melanie, met me at a convenient location in my hometown so I didn't have to travel very far. She patiently explained how to use the device, position it and adjust it. She was accessible via phone and text and quickly responded to my questions. Everyone at Bioness has been helpful, responsive and accommodating since my first inquiry into their products in 2021, including directing me to potential funding sources for their products and technical support.

The representatives and the Bioness Physical Therapist were all outstanding. The device arrived on-time and is a quality product.

I love my bioness

Good product, but needs a few upgrades to make it great. Top panel of hand device does not stay open while trying to put it in place. Would be great if remote counted down (in minutes) to when each program ends. We put it on and have no idea when the program will finish. Needs stronger battery. Not only have to charge every night, but also in between use of each program during the day. My husband has gotten “burned” by electrode one time. We ended use while healing. Pads were less than 2weeks old. Staff member who helped with ordering lacked knowledge of product. Consultant was excellent, however. She also apologized on behalf of the company for all of the troubles we had getting the correct products. Our first one arrived weeks late and not preprogrammed. We had to return it. We are grateful for this product, but these improvements would help with ease of use during an already difficult time. Thank you!
