My L300 is an upgrade
My L300 is an upgrade. Wow what a difference 8 or 9 years make. I love the all in one unit as well as how easy it is to plug in to charge. The exercises the algorithms. I’m walking so much better have gone from 2000/2500 daily steps toy 3550/ 6078 steps a day. Thank you Julie

It really works
It really works. The device lifts my toe and allow me to walk without fear of falling. It takes a while to become accustomed to the electrical shocks that the device delivers.

Elizabeth is an asset
Elizabeth has been a blessing for my recovery. she is kind, compassionate, and patient with me. she has gone out of the way to accommodate my schedule and travel limitations. She has been receptive to my questions and concerns. she has also been prompt to reply to all of my inquiries. I have no doubt that she is an asset to the bioventus organization and all of her clients. I look forward to working with her along my recovery journey.

Bioness helped me to be more me…
Bioness helped me to be more independent and not have to rely on a typical AFO all the time. It has also helped me be me, from my clothing and shoe choices to my activity choices.

The representative that I dealt with was so helpful!
The representative that I dealt with was very helpful with any questions. Once I had the device and needed help I texted her and she got back to me very quickly which I love. Meeting up was easy and she was very flexible to match with my schedule. My best way of communication is text or email and we were able to get mostly everything done that way. As far at the device goes....I LOVE IT!!!! Mobility issues are no longer an issue for me.

I think the device is great.
I think the device is great. Suggestion: use pads without the need to wet with water. Before the two week suggested pad change timing, the pads smells, even when using cleaning precautions (as suggested in user guide).

My Bioness arrived weeks after they…
My Bioness arrived weeks after they said it would arrive. I waited a month between ordering it and receiving it. My Bioness rep made it up to me by giving me a year's worth of electrodes. The lower cuff doesn't seem to work as it should. It's pretty touchy and has to be in the exact right spot to work properly. My toe often turns in, and when I adjust it as my rep taught me, it turns too far out. I'm not happy with its performance. I asked my rep to write up a document that I could submit to my insurance company to ask them to reimburse me. She said she would. But that was on December 14, 2022. I still have not received word on the invoice she said she was generating.
