I love my Bioness and it has helped me…
I love my Bioness and it has helped me tremendously. My rep has been great to get back to me quickly if I have a question. It would he nice to have a program with more guidance on how to use it from the beginning. I have gone to Patricia Neal rehab to get help and they have been fabulous.

I like the overall idea it but falls…
I like the overall idea it but falls below my expectation. I do my own home maintenance and have horses and found you can't side step. It tend to feel more intense the longer I wear it, I have to keep turning it down. what is the best way to get the pads wet.

We were very impressed with the L300 Go…
We were very impressed with the L300 Go System and everyone’s willingness to help us acquire it. From the beginning with our on-line contact, finding a location for our assessment and our super helpful physical therapist, all the way down to our wonderful contact in insurance and financing, we had a top notch experience. The experience was a little long but that was not due to any fault of Bioness. Throughout the process, I was kept updated on the status and I was able to contact them by phone or email with any questions or concerns. I would definitely recommend Bioness.

Not at all like the video.
The associates are very nice and helpful. The product is greatly misrepresented in the advertising video though. It takes an enormous amount of time and work to be tolerable to use and is uncomfortable at the best of times.

Bioness Jump Stared my Recovery
I suffered a stroke in the May of 202. After about 6 months my recovery with regards to walking had stalled for a couple of months so I decided to get the Bioness leg cuff after trying it during a PT session. Almost immediately I was making recovery gains. Although I have a way to go to get back to normal Bioness will definitly speed up the process. I am getting around the house without a cane with the leg cuff on, it definitly feels freeing.

Great customer service
Great customer service. My dog chewed my charging cord as soon as I left the country. The Bioness team found a cord and shipped to me. Top priority saving the day. Thank you Bioness team.
