Their product is intuitive and works very well. They helped me through a learning curve. I am excited to keep using their product and I would highly recommend them for any FES needs anyone has.

My daughter and husband met with Dipesh last week. She relies on this device daily to get around safely due to her right side Cerebral Palsy. He was very helpful in adjusting the strength of her Bioness device and suggested we upgrade the electrodes she uses. He quickly sent us a few extra electrodes to use, until new ones arrive, along with an incredibly thoughtful note. He truly went above and beyond and we are so appreciative of his kindness.

I have had the LG300 go for about three months. Although it wasn't fitting perfectly, it helped me walk through airports on spring break. It gives me more confidence when walking in public, walking the dog, and doing basic tasks. The electrodes and settings had to be adjusted four separate times by a Bioness representative. The last time was today. I now believe the cuff will work well. The Bioness team is very friendly and helpful. I'm glad I made this expensive purchase.

My mother had a stroke just over a year ago. Among other issues, she lost the use of her right, dominant hand. One of her therapists suggested that the Bioness H200 E-stim device would be beneficial for her. A demonstration was arranged with Dipesh Nayee. He came to meet with us twice and we decided to purchase the H-200. It is difficult for my mother to use, and she didn't believe that it was doing anything for her, but we've met with Dipesh more than once and each time he has unfailingly gone over, and over how and why she must use it. He has the calmest, kindest nature and is clearly devoted to the mission of his job which is to help people. Dipesh is patient, articulate and is an excellent occupational therapist as well as an adept reader of people's personalities, which is quite helpful. Of course, he is very informed about his products and truly believes in their usefulness in rehabilitation. I am very thankful to have met him.

I had a stroke in February 2018, and I had a lot of spasticity. My therapists (PT and OT) had me use both the L300 Go for my leg and the H200 for my hand during my therapies. They worked wonders, and I purchased both of the devices for home. I eventually stopped wearing the L300 Go because I had great return and learned how to do it myself! I recently had my H200 adjusted by Dipesh Nayee, and he was outstanding! He was so helpful and patient. I definitely recommend both devices!
