Excellent support from local area representative. The device provides good toe lift when I walk

So I saw a Bioness advertisement in an MS quarterly and brought it to my physical therapist, Monika. At this point I only could walk about a 100 feet without assistance, . From there, she got me in contact with Erin Smith. Within 3 days I was trying them out. They worked amazingly. So I worked with Medicaid, starting with a trial period to see how well I would do with them. I did amazingly, these are my new "legs". I love how Erin was able to work with me to negotiate what I needed to, and ended up with the success I have now in moving in my life. I can now walk 6 minutes with the L300 Pro on. Thank you for letting me walk again.

I would like to say that Cameron McCullough is incredible as our Bioness rep. My husband has MS and was already wearing the Bioness knee cuff. Our past Bioness rep no longer worked for the company, so Cameron was our new Bioness contact. WOW, WOW, WOW, did we hit the jackpot. His medical background and heart for patients is a “win, win.” My husband was wearing a knee cage (not a Bioness product) for his hyperextended leg. So, we reached out to Cameron to see if Bioness had anything new that would help my husband’s leg and muscles stay strong. He recommended trying out the “thigh cuff.” He explained the benefits of the thigh cuff vs the knee cage ~ saying how it would help my husband not only walk better with his hyperextended leg, but keep the leg from getting atrophy. He gave us time to try it out, and even found a solution with the electrodes when causing irritation on my husband’s leg from the device. Cameron was always checking in with us to see how things were going. Great customer service! We love Bioness products…..highly recommend to all. We cannot say enough about our Bioness rep CAMERON! He is a man of integrity, personable, highly educated, and has a heart for the people he helps. This guy is genius! Bioness is fortunate to have Cameron McCullough!

This device was purchaced for my 16 year old daughter who has cerebral palsy. Previously she had a Walkaide that she used without issue for 7 years. She has had the Bioness less than 3 months and it wont charge. She is away in Europe on student exchange and as we purchased it in Australia they wanted her to post it back to them in Australia and then post her out another one from Australia to use while its getting fixed. They wanted to use her disability funding to do this. I asked can they not assess it in Europe before sending it to the other side of the world? It could be something simple like a faulty battery or cord that could be easily replaced. They are now liasing with a company in Europe. 16/10/24 My daughter has been given the number of a company in Europe that will look at her device. I will keep you posted. 23/10/24 My daughter has been given a loan device that she was able to collect from a nearby city and has given them her device to be assessed.

I just started using the Bioness for a stroke. Left side. Its my second week. When did some of you really start walking good?

I was impressed by the regional manager who stepped up to help me when I was having trouble with a local representative. She was very helpful and personable. Enjoyed working with her!
