Have only had Bioness 300 for 2 weeks (drop foot from a stroke) but I can take longer strides already. Hoping to lose the cane soon. Only issue I have is that the web site does not include pricing for the maintenance items. Because I had to pay out of pocket for the device it would be helpful to be able to budget for the maintenance products. Also I did my own research and found this device. I had to tell my rehab doctor about it. You need to get to rehab facilities and demonstrate this device.

Our marketing team is always pushing to raise awareness of our products -- it's unfortunate you had to educate your doctor. I am pleased so far with my device. I feel the longer I use it the stronger my muscles will be and in part help correct how I ambulate. The tutorial/orientation I received from Josh Mickle was excellent and he was very thorough, professional and personable. My only complaints are that I did not know about this sooner and that my insurance did not cover any expenses. I do not know if you promote this to neurology offices but I feel that if I knew about this sooner it would have been helpful. As far as the expense I know that I received a discounted rate due to the new model coming out soon but I am in a very limited income due to not being able to work (I am an RN) due to MS symptoms and was expensive for me. Again I am very pleased so far and I would definitely recommend this to others.

The professionals at Bioness were very good/helpful. Unfortunately, the device wasn't doing what I needed for my condition as well as another assistive walking device. The biggest downfall is the fact that I will not be reimbursed for the entire amount of money I paid for the device.
