Lisa Villar was great customizing my L300 unit. She took the time to thoroughly explain and demonstrate the control unit, adjust the band, and answer all my questions. Wonderful customer support! She also responded quickly to a text message when I had a problem which she resolved!

I started wearing the Bioness 300 on July 18th. It has really helped with my Foot Drop. I feel a lot more stable and confident while wearing it. I really like that it has a training mode of 30sec on/30sec off which allows me the opportunity to somewhat exercise the ankle before switching to the walking mode. So far my experience has been a positive one. Thank you Ilonha Tolliver Cwynar 8/9/17

The gait sensor broke at least three times during demonstration. It broke again when applied at home. My husband fixed it twice. Then we applied it to the tongue of the shoe. The cuff and stim unit fail to work in the fifth walk after twenty minutes. The trial mode ceased to work although being charged. Both did work the following day. I did see some improvement in ability to climb stairs.
Response from Bioness Medical, Inc.Aug 2, 2017
Hi Cleta, sorry to hear about the trouble you're having with the gait sensor. I will have tech support follow up with you regarding the gait sensor, the stim unit failing, and your difficulties with trial mode. You should hear back from them shortly. Again we apologize for the inconvenience. Sincerely, The Bioness Web Marketing Team
