my bioness is a game changer. I no longer have to struggle getting my afo on..I can walk longer with increased stability and my shoes are the same size..it gives me freedom that I didn't have before.. I havent had a fall in 18 months..best thing I have invested in..thanks,looking forward to the L300 go.!

you provided me with a defective cuff. don't you test the units before shipping them? this has significantly delayed my use of the l300

The Bioness Go is a big improvement and I could not live without an FES device- it improves my walking and quality of life dramatically. The gyroscope makes it much more accurate. Prior to this I used a Walkaide (and several years ago the Bioness L300). The pros of this device are its accuracy and improved simplicity. Compared to the Walkaide, it functions better on my leg, but there are still things that the walkaide does better. I think I prefer the replaceable battery of the walkaide to having to charge it every night and the simplicity of the walkaide controls. It is bulkier than the Walkaide and the cuff is less comfortable for all day wear. This one is easily bumped off its housing (has happened at least once or twice a day) and I worry that will get worse with wear. I greatly appreciate Bioness's service over Hanger's as well- there is no comparison there. I think with some improvements to the cuff this device would be head and shoulders better over the walkaide and previous generations of the Bioness (I could live with the chargeable battery but also worry about the longevity of the device with a battery that will lose ability to hold a charge with age.

I give the sales rep the 2 stars. She did not keep us informed when my husband's medical records weren't received within 2 weeks. She didn't seem to understand the process we needed to have insurance consider paying for his. (We needed a denial from Medicare.) She didn't keep track of the delivery address I sent to her in an email. And lastly, she overcharged us $300 by accident, but never called to tell me. I had to contact her and ask about the overcharge. That's when she told me she had asked to have $300 taken off my charge. I have enough to worry about without the stress she caused. As for the actual person who helped us get my husband started with the equipment, I'd give 10 stars.

The L300 Go is perfect for me. I’s so nice to not wear the AFO any more. I’m still only one week into the ramp up schedule, but I Love it so far. Thank you, Jack

I wore the L300 for almost ten years. The L300GO is a whole new expererience. Not having the foot sensor and the hand-held controller is wonderful. The unit works the same but the freedom front thinking about what shoes to wear is great. I can’t wait for warm weather and going barefoot. I’ll be in debt for a while but it’s well worth it. The foot sensor is famous for going bad and replacement expense was getting old. I highly recommend the new L300 GO.

Samuel's bioness has changed his life in tremendous ways! Wow!! We can't even say thank you enough to bioness for helping our boy walk better without tripping and dragging his leg all the time. His world is to ever changed!
