Bought one expensive $ 5500 too much pain in electrode discharge never got any follow up from representative I would not recomend this device try Saebo , not shocking therapy

Very pleased
I am very pleased with my Bioness thigh cuff, and the service I've received from the Bioness rep. She has been very responsive to any and all questions I've had and has been available on a couple of occasions, so far, to adjust the settings. The only criticism I have at this point, is the App. For some reason we are constantly having to pair it with the device every time we use it. Might just need a little tweaking.

Shauna Messer made set-up and adjustment easier
While it took some time getting used to the cuffs, they've been extremely helpful. Shauna Messer made everything easier. I've rarely gotten such fantastic service and support. She answers questions quickly - even when I send them through text late at night over the weekend! She's knowledgeable, friendly, and patient.

Bioness is the best!
Everyone at Bioness is wonderful to work with. From the Sales Rep to the finance department, I could not ask for more! I now walk without falling! Thank you "wrap around knee and buzz thing"!

NO gate sensor NOR control unit!!! Some of the times the algorithm is not less that a second but its still good. The cuff is really tight against skin but still good against bending my knee and shifting the old cuff and shifting back to a good position.
