Overall I am happy with Bioness. I have had a device for over 3 years and just got the new bioness go unit a few weeks ago. The new unit is a big improvement, with my favorite feature being walking barefoot. I put it on as soon as I get out of bed now because I don’t need shoes. Yay! The only negative I have had would be getting return calls from customer service, I would wait for weeks to get a response. In the end it all worked out and I am loving the new “Go”.

A lot of adjustments and fine tuning are needed to make it work correctly. The training period is crucial to learn the device and for building muscle back.

Ridiculous that this company would charge the amount of money they do on a product that could potentially help people recover from traumatic accidents. Companies like this should be ashamed of themselves and are a big problem with the medical field today.
