I love my new Bioness 300GO! One of the best things about "Sparky" (my name for the unit) is that I can use it barefoot! I'm a country girl and going barefoot is important.

This has been by far the best company to work with.

The new L300 GO is GREAT! It is easy to set and convenient to control without having to have a remote.

They really enable me to walk and do my daily chores with their professional care and devices

Bioness is my last hope for mobility. After my first week, I experienced limited additional mobility and it's fun waking up to new achievements. For me, purchasing the Control Unit is a must and should be a part of the sale; however, it is an additional expense. My Sale Rep., Alicia, is great and so are Tech people. My only concern is the distance needed to travel to get hands-on help and the Rep's extremely busy schedule.

I got an L300 for my RT leg in late December 2016 and was NOT told that they were "close" to releasing the L300 Go -- this upset me when I found out about 2-3 months later while I was browsing online from an article. To make matters worse, my skin broke out in several rashes and did not adjust to the L300 cloth pad that they continuously insisted I use, so I barely got to use it at all for the first 9 months I owned it -- eventually, I got to try their Hydrogel pads and it works good now. I was then only offered the "standard" discount for switching to the L300 Go by November 2018. Once I saved enough money to afford it on an 18 month payment plan, I ordered the L300 Go on July 14, 2018 and received it July 30-31, 2018; I have not been contacted about a representative fitting me for the device (which they said someone would do), and I am now stuck with an unusable L300 Go that I really want to use!...hopefully, this will get resolved soon. This has not been a good experience, it has completely exhausted all my funds that I have, and yet I am still optimistic that this will get resolved and I hope this new L300 Go will work well. If the latter portion of what I just wrote comes true, I will give it a little bit better rating despite the money that I have been forced to waste because of this company not informing me of their newer device coming out when I originally ordered my L300 (12/2016). This makes Bioness seem like crooks, and I have been given no reason to think otherwise; hopefully that changes.

Over the last 10 years we have found that Bioness doesn't treat its customers like disabled people. For example when you need supplies, they send them by slow freight. For example, despite the fact that the representative was told my husband needed a small device he gave him an average one. Then it took weeks to replace the strap with a small one that would actually hold it in place. He cannot walk without the device!

Cost too much money. Doesn’t give a sound or color change to tell what is actually happening causes confusion to the person wearing it and the assistance of the device. Has been questioned as to weather it is even placed on correctly, it lays differently on his arm each time. Questioning how to even use it by the person, and his help assistance (therapist, caregiver, himself). Hope understanding of the device gets better, it seems like it could actually work to restore movement, repetition to help me.
