Positive experience
Our experience with bioness/ Prajakta was very positive. She helped us through the whole process with the insurance company and followed up promptly with both them/ us. The H200 will be a great asset in my sons recovery from brain injury/ stroke.

Testing equipment appointment is very…
Testing equipment appointment is very quick, which made it hard to decide to buy unit or not. Think It was a good choice (after 10 days). Walking better. Hoping 30 day test period is enough to decide to keep unit. Need to still make sure I get less fatigue with unit over my AFO. Unfortunate phone app costs money and that if u decide not to keep unit you lose $500 deposit. Also, never was told interior contact pads needed replacing every 2 weeks and their cost. A shame insurance does not cover the unit because it would make most of these problems a moot point.

Electrode cloths or hydrogel, require change every two weeks for sanitary purposes and to ensure effective stimulation to the targeted area. My experience with Bioness has been phenomenal, Not only the L300 series but the people of Bioness also. I am very pleased with my purchase of the Bioness Go. I purchased the upper and lower cuff, it has helped immensely with my foot drop the cost was more than I could afford to spend but the results out weigh the cost. Everyone I was in contact with was very helpful.

The L300 Go has really helped my…
The L300 Go has really helped my daughter have a more even gait pattern. She is able to clear her foot as she walks now. We feel more confident when we take her on hikes as she maneuvers uneven surfaces. We are thrilled that this product does not need a heel sensor so that she can wear various styles of shoes or go barefoot. This product also works when used over leggings or fitted skinny pants! Our Bioness trainer Lisa, was patient and covered everything we needed to be successful with this device.

Have had L300 go for 4 weeks
Have had L300 go for 4 weeks, it definitely helps my scissoring & foot drop, I am a incomplete quad. I am having trouble though with ankle swelling & soreness, have been elevating & icing with little relief. Any suggestions

Your Clinical Specialist can work with you on this to first reduce the swelling and then provide an effective foot drop treatment plan. Salesagent must be overworked
Salesagent must be overworked, not very responsive to questions. failed to follow through to my requests for documents via US mail. Must not realize that all people are not computer experts especially the older ones. Product knowledge was limited . I think you would sell a lot more of these units if you hired some real SALESMEN [hated word I know],
