My first issue is that after purchasing the device out of pocket (which is quite a large investment) being charged $20 for standard shipping feels like an insult. Also, it was not disclosed to me prior to purchasing that I am now required to purchase electrodes for the lifetime of the device in order for the device to function. Lastly, I don’t like the limitations of the device to the user. The app (which you also have to pay for) is very limited and in order to make adjustments you have to meet with the rep.

Regarding limitations, the L300 provides a wide range of activities for users when wearing the device. However, at this time, users may not wear the device for water activities.
