Elimination of the foot sensor and the remote control unit is indeed an improvement over the previous version L300. I encountered a defect three days after usage: the battery charge indicator (the short bar) no longer turns on. It remains dark so we cannot tell whether charging is in progress or completed. I am very happy with all of the people at Bioness. They helped me the whole way to get my L300.

Customer support is great. Continued contact with the representative with whom I was dealing. Her follow up was excellent. My only complaint was that I was discouraged from filing an appeal. She din NOT tell me not to, but said that filing the appeal was generally unsuccessful, and that the company would not accept the estimated $1000 that had been the amount Insurance companies had granted in the past. I filed anyway and won my appeal. I think others may just give up if they are unable, either physically or cognitively, to put in the work and follow the guidelines to appeal. Again, I would like to commend the service as excellent. My rating of four rather than five was because to the above mentioned scenario.

Everyone I have dealt with was/is knowledgeable about the L300. Kim, JZ, and now William are professional and easy to work with. Kim was totally encouraging me when I was sceptible the cuff would not fit around my fat calf. They answered all my questions, helping me feel more confident. I'm very grateful to all who granted my financial hardship award. The L300 is still expensive for me. However, I would not have been able to purchase it without the lower price. After the training that I had today, I know my right leg will continue to improve. I see myself walking more, giving up the walker because I won't need it! I'd like to write another review in a month about further progress. Thank you so much for this product. Allows me to walk freely without dragging my toe

I have always found Bioness to be friendly and helpful from the first time I started to use them in 2005.

I wear bilateral Bioness’s. I was impressed with the new L300 Go! No more Gait sensor. I can wear any shoes I want. I love the freedom and confidence the Ness provides. My Bioness rep understands the product!! The customer service is amazing. Ness goes out of their way to help their customers. I would highly recommend this product.

I purchased the Bioness300 with the additional thigh cuff for my husband,While i believe the unit would be extremely beneficial it appears there are no local therapists who are trained to work with this unit. Thus it has been frustrating to get proper gait training for him.
