So far disappointed with the company. I ordered the device and got it over a week ago. Unfortunately it still over a week until the person can get to me to do the fitting in training. I would think spending this much money on a device would get it Aaup and running quicker than over two weeks

I have drop foot as well as neuropathy and was told that the Bioness would not work for me..When I insisted on trying it it turned out to work well for me. I think you should not discourage neuropathy patients from trying it out. Your rep Kim Kopka was great and the therapy staff at Sarasota Memorial is fantastic..

I love my bioness as it means I can walk short distances around the house with help as I really hate being in my wheelchair. I love the fact I can exercise despite having high EDSS score MS. It alleviates foot drop in both my ankles/feet. My only problem is that sometimes both units activate at the same time which makes walking very difficult. This causes my legs to buckle. Also the app doesn’t always count my steps accurately.
