My experience with the purchase of the new Bioness was very good. However, I received it here the first of March and found out today that the rep cannot see me to fit it until March 30th!!! I am very disappointed. In fact, I burst into tears thinking I will have to wait a month to have a tech fit it. Surely there has to be another more expedient way to fit my device. The purchase was wonderful up until it arrived here at my home, and I could not see a tech for a month.
