Biome Secret’s shakes have a good flavor, we tried the chocolate, and they are thick as well. The shakes are filling so they really can be used as a meal replacement. The Biome supplement pills are great. They truly do help with bloating and help you feel better with consistent use. I would recommend these products to anyone.
