The shakes are tasty, filling, and also give me better energy. I've felt less sluggish since I've started drinking the Biome Secret shakes every day. I personally enjoy both flavors and alternate between them. I also like that they're made in Germany because they have higher quality standards for food products than the US does. The website ordering is very basic and I wish there was more functionality to adjust my order.

One thing I’ve noticed is that some batches have a slightly different consistency—some are more liquid, while others are thicker, like gravy. Regardless, it keeps me full and is a great go-to option. I like the product very much but have gotten too many bags and needed to pause my shipment. I like the taste, it gets a little gritty at the end. It makes me feel great and helps me keep my fast. I haven't noticed much weight loss but like the way I feel.

These shakes really are excellent! I’m an extremely picky eater and have struggled with finding a good protein shake option to substitute meals- not only do these taste great (I get the chocolate flavor), but the texture is so smooth. If you’re like me and texture freaks you out, you HAVE to give these a try! I’m also notorious for getting sick of things quickly and I’m going on my second month of drinking these shakes and I still love them just as much as when I started- which is saying a lot.
