The staff at BioLife in Richardson Texas are great. I've never had a problem and they explain everything in detail so that you know what to expect and what is going on.

I enjoy going to the Middletown Ohio BioLife. From the time I come through the front door and then leave I am treated very good. Everyone is professional/confident and I’ve never had any trouble throughout the entire process. We talk about our life and have some good laughs. It makes the time go by fast. Plus not only am I helping people who need plasma I’m also getting extra $ for my grandkids. I want to thank everyone for being so kind to me.

The main thing that made my experience great was it was quick efficient and the staff was very pleasant to deal with and made me feel welcomed and at home. As far as improving their really isn’t any needed

The place is always so clean and the staff are courteous and competent. Sheyla and Ellie especially.

I donate in Houston on FM 1960. The staff is very friendly and polite. Ive been going there approximately 3 months now and ive never had a problem. Most important thing o find is to make sure you are fully hydrated.

The staff is always welcoming & friendly at the Worcester site. Very understaffed or under scheduling of staff. Waiting in line for a half hour for vitals & another half hour for bed availability is ridiculous though. Especially when one is ultimately turned away because of unacceptable vitals.

From the initial poke (for testing) to the ‘stab’ for donating - all was a very smooth & simple procedure. There’s an Amazing crew/group of professionals at my Green Bay Center (on Isbell Street). Always feel welcomed & cared about.
