If I could give zero stars I would because one star is too much!!! Worst customer service from Boba ever. They cannot resolve simple issues in a timely manner. Very unprofessional. Stay away you have been warned.

I initially loved Binance.US but as soon I needed support, it became a nightmare. I had a bank issue and even after solved, they locked my account and I can’t do any transactions on the last month. I requested support and they don’t answer. Worst support ever

The proof of address verification is taking FOREVER!!!! It's been three and a half weeks and I'm still waiting...

Been waiting 5 weeks for fiat verification. Tyring to with draw a significant amount of money. They don't even reply...just a generic "your issue is important, we have a high number of requests" ZERO HELP Kraken got me verified in 10 minutes. Will never trade with binance us again.

Working with this company is beyond frustrating. It is impossible to get verified, or to deposit money and you get no response from anyone. I have wasted 2 months just trying to do business through this company. Time to move on.

Trading has been disabled in my account and not so much as a word why. I put in a help desk ticket and got nothing back except an automated response saying don't put in multiple requests for the same issue and they will eventually get to me. Well it's been 3 weeks and not a word yet and I missed so many good trading opportunities during this bull run. I can't transfer or trade my crypto or fiat currencies. All my money is basically being held hostage.

My experience with Binance.us has been rather awful. They have no concept of customer service. Granted lack of customer service describes most exchanges, but Binance is about the worst. Yes, they fees are lower but I would be happy to pay the higher fees of Coinbase to avoid the annoyances of Binance. First off, their ACH deposit system is unreliable. You often have to remove your transfer account information and then reenter it for it to work. Then sometime it will just stop working until you send them a copy of your bank statement and other stuff. They do this despite the fact you had been using the same back account for a year or so. On another occasion they an ACH didn’t go through because their system said my account was NSF which was false. Then they said they require a person’s account to have 1.5 times the amount being transferred for it to go through. But my bank account DID have over 1.5 times the amount, so that was not the problem. Finally the last straw was when I did an ACH transfer only to find that for some reason trading had been disabled on my account. So I moved funds to Binance only to learn after the fact that I can’t trade. I sent in a trouble ticket to find out what was going on and get it fixed. No response. I’m only thankful that I did an ACH first, because I was about to wire a lot more money into the account. Needless to say, but I ended up wiring the larger funds to my Bittrex account instead. By that afternoon Binance still had not gotten back to me. At this point I reluctantly decided I was done. I transferred what crypo I did have on deposit in my Binance account out to other accounts of mind. Then I called up my bank and put a “stop payment” on the ACH transfer to Binance. You should not use Binance, they suck!

I've read a lot of good things about binance. It's a real pity I can't experience them for myself b/c their ID verification system is garbage. I've been waiting for someone over there to 'verify my proof of address' for over 2 weeks. And this was after failing several times to make it through the on-boarding process. First - i tried it on mobile (Pixel 5). The application froze when trying to take a picture of my drivers license. Then I tried it on the web, with my webcam. I got past the drivers license parts, then it took me about 30 minutes to get through the picture of my face part and submit. I checked my account 30 minutes later - and it says it failed with "Liveness detection failed". I have an HD webcam, and great lighting in this room. So frustrating. I submitted a support request and it took them 12 days to respond, and when they did - it was just "we are receiving a high volume of verification tickets, the wait time will take longer than usual. Please bear with us.." I WOULD bear with you (and wouldn't be writing this review) if you had sent an auto-responder to my support ticket, and then followed up with some kind of ETA. But you didn't, you just leave your potential customers wallowing in limbo. Shame.
