I haven't reviewed a business for…
I haven't reviewed a business for years, but I'm reviewing Binance.us becuase they are holding over $1000 of my money pending "verification." I've jumped through all the hoops and waited over 30 days. The money is still tied up with no explanation. Let's see - I can pull money out of my bank account, my retirement account, my trading account, my other trading account...all over night, but with binanace.us i have to wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait... with no explanation. Customer beware.

Binance.us like stolen small amount of money
My account have more than 20k usd, I do more than 100 daytrading operations every day, however, they decided to keep the money from a small transfer, they never responded to the ticket.

Next step: Filing a lawsuit to get Binance to contact me.
Binance locked my account over a month ago with no explanation and refuses to contact me even after I filed a complaint through the Better Business Bureau. They have over $26,000 of my money. Getting ready to hire a lawyer. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, AND DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR MONEY!

Bye Bye Binance
Bye Bye Binance Binance is incapable of operating in the global economy. If you are a US citizen in Germany, you can use neither Binance.com (because it is not for US citizens anywhere on the globe) nor Binance.US (because Binance.US is not allowed in Germany).

I have sent several support tickets…
I have sent several support tickets (Trading failed) with snap shots of Binance corresponodence saying I am now able to trade. I deleted my account and added my account. Prime Trust made 4 small deposits for Bank verification. As of today, I am still not able to Trade or buy coins. this has been happening for the past month or so.

I created a Binance US account several…
I created a Binance US account several months ago. KYC enabled. I sent assets to this account and they locked me from sending funds off this exchange. I have submitted several tickets and months later I still don't know what I need to do to get access to my assets. The worst customer service experience ever. Its my money on the exchange. I just want to move it off and never use this exchange again.

BINANCE IS A SCAM!!!
BINANCE IS A SCAM THEY LOCKED MY ACCOUNT AND WILL NOT RESPOND TO CUSTOMER SUPPORT. I HAVE BEEN TRYING FOR 3 MONTHS AND NO RESPONSE!!! Edit: I did finally get help
