I would like to warn others to stay away as well. DON'T use this exchange. At the very least, if they are not a scam then they have the worst customer service which is near non-existent. You will not get your funds back if you deposit your money into this exchange. You can look up the complaints on their reddit page as well. I still cannot withdraw nearly $1,000 I have deposited in my account here. I was an idiot don't make the same mistake. Notice how the only people who are leaving positive feedback are people who are trying to lure you with a referral link. Don't fall for it. Stay far away from this exchange.

I read about binance, as it fees are really low and they are offering a large amount of different cryptos so I decided to register. I also read a lot of bad reviews where people didn't get their Money at the end. Anyway I tried, but after the 14th time trying to upload a photo for face verification, it was tellin picture where too big(it wasnt) I decided F*** Binance! A** Cramp -Binance

There is no support beyond the articles and initial automated response to tickets submitted. I had $3000 removed from my account and trading turned off for no reason I could discern. I submitted multiple tickets over several weeks with no response or recourse. It is truly the wild west. Good luck.

Locked out without explanation for six months. Their customer service is completely unresponsive.

Absolutely no customer service or communication. I had a crypto withdraw transaction in "pending" status due to an error with their crypto node. That tied up all of my funds in that crypto. I couldn't withdraw any of the other remaining funds for 17 days in this very dynamic market opening me up for severe losses; not being able to move my funds around. The Zendesk case has no response in 17 days, no response from Twitter Direct Message in a few days. And there are only two ways to contact Binance.US. USA requires KYC (Know Your Customer). Well, what about Know your Crypto Exchange or Crypto Service Provider? This needs improved. USA should NOT allow shadow crypto exchanges in the USA!!! USA certainly doesn't allow private/shadow customers. Fix this! The only way to contact Binance.US appears to be with the Zendesk customer service case. Most if not all of their public access methods show no other way to contact Binance.US: -- No phone number or email on the Binance.US website -- No way to post on their Facebook page -- Only one member in the Facebook Private group, I requested access 5/18/2021. -- No way to reply or post on Telegram (they call it Community on their website), tried to post or reply and they do not allow it. They disabled the option to post or reply on Telegram. -- No response to Twitter Direct Message -- while we as customers have to KYC (Know Your Customer), there is no information on the leadership of Binance.US listed on their website -- there is no corporate address on the website to send any letters to; it's hidden in the Privacy webpage These are all red flags.

UPDATE 06/02/26 @ 1:37 PM: I wrote my original review on 05/18/21. Binance just responded on 06/02/26 about an hour ago. FIVE YEARS after the fact! This should tell you how slow and incompetent they are. _____ ORIGINAL: It took them nearly a month to verify my account. And now it is nearly two weeks to verify ACH deposits. This company is slow at everything. I suggest you find another company to do business with.

Awful company that needs to be investigated asap. I've had BTC stuck in a withdrawal order for months without a single reply from support. I've lost tons of money because of their crappy deposit process and they haven't responded to either of my support tickets. Not a single time. Don't trust them with your money, it doesn't matter how much you lose they will take it and keep it all.

I was a Binance user when the first boom crypto happened, I loved their platform....until they forced everyone to binance.us. The transition was fine, I was quickly verified and deposits were quickly made. One deposit failed and I quickly fixed it, my account was only temporarily disabled and fixed the next day. Once I leveled up, I made a few trades for big gains, out of nowhere my trading was disabled, however I was still able to purchase through the wallet. I made one small withdrawal with no problem. When I tried to withdrawal two weeks later, all withdrawals and transfers were disabled. Now, 3 months later, with countless service requests, I still am unable to move funds. Thankfully it is only a small amount, however peers of mine have 6 figures locked up.
