I put some funds with Binance and I…
I put some funds with Binance and I have to wait for 7 days to clear it. After waiting for 7 days and I was about to deposit it in my wallet to make a transaction, my account was locked. I tried to chat with the customer service and they said that it is under review. I tried chatting with them after a few days and I got no response. I tried to make another chat and it’s the same. It’s under review up to now. I don’t know how many days shall I wait before they lift the block from my account. They never send me an email to explain what went wrong. This is already the 2nd support ticket that they gave me. Support ticket # 23287798. I hope they can resolve this issue now. I can’t wait for another day to use my account.

Ridiculous restrictions while…
Ridiculous restrictions while withdrawing. These guys are worthless/useless how can they do business with such a pathetic attitude. They are not allowing my cash withrawals as well. It is already more than 72 hours of my crypto purchase. I converted crypto to cash and they are not allowing the withdrawal. Does these people have any common-sense or not ?. I also converted back the cash to crypto and still not allowing the withdrawal.

Been waiting for a week for customer…
Been waiting for a week for customer service to reply. My account is locked for whatever damn reason. Go to crypto.com or coinbase.

Is Binance.us incompetent?
I've gone through the process dozens of times to bind my bank with Plaid, but each time told that something went wrong. I've also received emails telling me that I have successfully linked my bank account with Binanceus through Plaid. Yet I try again to see the link it says again the something went and you are NOT linked through Plaid.

Hi Dave, We're sorry you've been having so much trouble getting your bank account linked despite the confirmations from our system that previous attempts should have already been successful. Often times, removing the payment method or linked account first and then retrying to link it once more will resolve similar issues. I had a chance to look up your account and was able to identify a similar issue. If you log in to your account, you should receive instructions on how to resolve it. The customer experience is terrible
The customer experience is terrible. I made a deposit from my bank to Binance.us I could not use the funds for 7 day. Then when fund were available I bought some Crypto, 3 weeks later Binance Locked my account and said the never received the $1500 transfer. The only ay to resolve the account was to get out of my Limit orders and pay 105.51 in Market fees so Binance could take the money. Now I'm locked again. and they are holding my $1500 saying it will be 7 days before I can use my account.

Easy interface is nice with finance
Easy interface is nice with binance. But processing is much slower than other cexs and dexs

Associates in need of help
The support given by the associates was really supportive, despite that the fact that they not always had the means to solve a problem. My support request was about the repetitive denial of the program to process a deposit I tried because “insufficient funds” in my account. That was false, but the associates were not able to solve that. Then, what I see is that the associates not always have the resources to help or the program in my case shows something that has to be fixed.

Binance pushed the problem onto…
Binance pushed the problem onto Coinbase. I lost $1k.Probably is more Coinbase problem - the trade was labelled 'successful' but hard to believe the money was lost and the trade cannot be reversed. Both addresses were good.
