Shut Down at Binance for No Reason
I attempted to do a crypto transfer and it didn't happen. I have tried many times to get this reset. The customer service is AWFUL, mostly clankers (AI robots), very few humans. They all send a canned response to any question. I've been shut off from my money for a week with no sign of resolution. Their website says Buy, Sell, Trade. Yeah right! Please note the pre-written replies from Binance on this Trustpilot forum. That is all that you're going to get from them.

There's nothing.\nWrong with my sms there's nothing wrong with my authenticator, please fix it so I can log in my own account. I can't do anything if I can't log in, you said the situation resolve , but AI is repeating on purpose, lock up your account on purpose.No support, they will be consequents for their wrongdoing.It's not good faith

Refusal of USD deposit attempts.
I feel like it is a long period of time to try to get my deposit to my Binance account to be successful. There are a lot of we are here to help you but no results in solving my problem.
