Stay away from BIMMERTECH!!!!
Stay away from BIMMERTECH!!!! Got the MMI Prime for my BMW F10. Unit was full of faults from day 1. Ive sent them an endless amount of emails asking them to take back the unit and refund me. Even that i requested refund before 14 days (EU LAW) they are saying if they should take it back they will take ATLEAST 40% of the paid amount. I also made a generous two star review of the unit on their webpage (two stars for responding customer service) but it was never published. They only publish the positive reviews unless they are made by themselves... MMI PRIME is a relabeled Aliexpress product at a 3x premium price! STAY AWAY!!!

Our Tech Support supervisor contacted you as soon as our internal quality control system brought your ticket to our attention, and we offered a solution that you accepted. We realize that your case should've been handled better right from the beginning, and we would like to apologize for not acting up to our standards. The reviews that are submitted through our website need to be checked and verified before they are posted, to prevent spam. It might take up to a couple of weeks in the Black Friday/Christmas time, when the volume of orders is very high. We would also like to assure you that MMI Prime is not a "relabeled" product - it not only looks different, but it's built differently and offers unique features unavailable in no-name products.

I just bought and installed Bimmer Techs Alpha One speakers in my F10 BMW so happy with my decision to purchase online what made it easy was Bimmer Tech can’t wait for the subs to arrive

I recently got the nav map update for my X5. The installation was super easy and I’m really happy with the result. No more missing roads, it is definitely a must have.

Very disappointed
Just got my back up camera for my 2013 bmw 535i xdrive and got it installed, to my shock the installer told me that the system I got from bimmerTech was for a f15 f20 I have a f10 I was told by bimmerTech it was compatible well the first thing was that my heads up display didn’t work with that system and the second thing was that the picture from the cam camera doesn’t take up the whole screen as advertised, so I was asked to choose the backup camera or my heads up display and of course you can’t get a live person with bimmerTech to help you everything by email NOT HAPPY the camera was over $600 and still not working as advertised plus no one told me that I would lose my HUD very disappointed

Remember if you have any problems during the installation or you see something doesn’t work properly after you install, don’t hesitate to reach out to our support team immediately. We are here to solve such issues for you! According to the discussion we had, the Backup camera kit you bought is fully compatible with your car. If it comes to the HUD and screen issues – not working head-up was an installation error and a small camera view is an error in the settings of the reversing camera. We have already addressed both of those issues and we have been working with you to help you solve them as soon as possible.

BMW X3 M series sound upgrade
Three years ago I had my sound system on my 2004 BMW X3 improved with excellent results. I went back to that shop and was provided with a quote $ 3,600.00 Canadian dollars to improve sound on my new BMW X 3 M. I researched the net and found you. I purchased your amp for $ 900.00 U.S $ 1,200.00 Canadian and had it installed in 1/2 hour for $ 80.00. THE RESULTS ARE FANTASTIC. Thank you for not onl;y providing excellent sound and much louder but alao 1/3 the cost. Wilfred Johnsen Happy customer in Canada. I have 3 BMW X3 and one BMW 135 convertible.
